In Crystal River, waterfront isn't a view from across the road. At Bayshore Getaway the canal is your backyard. The house sits on a no-wake tidal canal off the Navarre system, with a private floating dock, a wraparound porch over the water, and balconies on the upper floors. You drink your coffee watching the canal wake up, and in the winter you watch manatees drift through it.
It's a three-story, five-bedroom house that sleeps eleven, five minutes from the manatees at Three Sisters Springs and a short run by water to Kings Bay and the Gulf. Heated dip pool, tiki bar, fire pit, and a full game floor for when the weather turns.
Your own dock
The water is the whole point
The private floating dock sits in a no-wake zone, so it's calm enough to tie up, fish off, or just sit on at sunset. Bring your own boat, 27 feet and smaller for the canal, or rent one from Plantation Marina five minutes away. From the dock you can run out to the flats for redfish and snook, to the grass beds for summer scalloping, or upriver to the springs.
From mid-November through March, manatees gather in the warm spring-fed water and move through the canals, including ours. Crystal River is the only place in the country where you can legally swim with them, and you're five minutes from the refuge.

Pac-Man, NBA Jam, Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee, Fast & Furious. Pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and darts. Board games stored on the second-floor desk. A four-TV jumbotron wall plus a bar kitchen with ice maker, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. Twelve TVs in the house total.
Five bedrooms, three floors, one elevator
King primary suite on the main floor with double vanity, two-head walk-in shower, soaking tub, and balcony. Two queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the third floor. A queen-twin bunk room for the kids. A ground-floor fifth bedroom with full bath.
Working dock in a no-wake zone
Private floating dock, plus a boat lift you can use with prior host approval (boats up to 27 ft and 10,000 lb). Tie up to the dock or lift your boat clear of the water. Bring your own boat or rent one from Plantation Marina five minutes away. Manatees gather in the canal from mid-November through March.
The outdoor side
Heated dip pool, tiki bar, gas fire pit, putting green, cornhole, swings, lounge seating. Artificial-turf dog area with bags, trash can, and a hose for cleanup. Wraparound porch with rocking chairs.
