Before you request dates
- Submitting a request does not charge your card. We review availability, confirm the total, and send a secure payment link.
- Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. Partial refund inside 14 days; exact terms are confirmed before payment.
- No refundable security deposit or card hold. Your total includes an $89 damage protection plan that covers accidental damage up to $500, so nothing is held on your card.
