These terms cover text messages from Bayshore Getaway. You are never required to agree to receive texts as a condition of any purchase.

Program description

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Bayshore Getaway may send you text messages related to your inquiry, reservation, and stay — including booking and payment next steps, check-in and check-out details, account and service updates, and customer-care replies. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send occasional guest offers, availability, and news.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text — for example, by providing your number and message when you submit a booking or contact request, by signing in to our guest Wi-Fi and opting in there, or by texting us first. We only send messages to numbers that have opted in. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, reservation activity, and any marketing you have opted into.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opting out — reply STOP

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may still receive individual, non-automated replies from your host about an active reservation.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
