Who runs the house
The Bayshore team
We bought the house on West Bayshore Drive because Crystal River is the only place in the United States where you can legally swim with wild manatees, and the lot has a working dock on a no-wake tidal canal that lands you in Kings Bay in about fifteen minutes. The house already had bones: three stories, an elevator, the heated dip pool, a real game floor. We finished it the way we wanted to vacation with our own family: practical, stocked, and built for groups that don't all want to be in the same room every minute.
We use the house ourselves. When you book, you're booking from people who have slept in the bedrooms, cooked in both kitchens, taken the kids to Three Sisters Springs at sunrise, and brought a boat up to the dock. If something at the property is off, we want to know about it before it becomes part of your trip.
