We use guest information to answer questions, check availability, send booking or payment next steps, support the stay, prevent duplicate requests, and improve direct-booking operations.
Email and SMS
By contacting us or submitting a direct-booking request, you agree that we may reply by email, text, or phone about that inquiry or stay. We do not sell guest contact information.
Analytics and operations
The site may use privacy-light analytics to understand page views, booking-widget usage, quote requests, and request submissions. Operational dashboards should use aggregate funnel counts where possible and avoid exposing guest identifiers in public or automated proof outputs.
Service providers
